Police Department Retiring 6-Officers, 2014
Working with a very enthusiastic department, this event was a special one for the City of Pleasanton, CA. 1st. time in it's history 6-officers retired simoultaniously. This buffet served 220-guests and featured; individually wrapped chocolate filled marshmallow, raw roasted peanut brittle, citrus bundtletts, classic American and French cookie pedestals, chocolate chunck brownie bars, shortbread lemon bars malt-balls & mints...

Menu selection ~ one of Adair's specialties. We take your event type, theme, and color-scheme into consideration and design the menu around it paying close attention to the focal point, the centerpiece which is often times a stand-out dessert that's included in your offerings.
Buffet design and dessert styling ~ with our diverse and and ever-growing collection of inventory we utilize our platters, pedestals, domes, candy bowls, glassware, jars, and our unique gathering of "accent" props to accentuate each dessert and tailor your buffet table to meet yours and your guests fancy.
Presentation and Set-up ~ staying true to our "service the client" model, our attention to the set-up of the buffet is essential to it's success at your event. Our process is seamless and organized without interruption to you or any other service/s employed.
