Rotating popcorn popper is our "machine of choice" for popping our organic corn kernels. Our hot caramel sauce is poured over the popped corn and sprinkled with roasted peanuts. We then hand-turn the mixture to combine and ensure cohesiveness. The sum of the parts become the whole.
Dark Chocolate Fudge
Superfine sugar is the equivalent to our super-smooth fudge. Whipped egg whites are combined with a simple syrup to create our from-scratch marshmallow fluff. High quality semisweet chocolate is hand-stirred into the 260° sugar, butter base with the final addition of MM fluff. Cooled and cut into 1x1" squares. Smooth or Walnut studded.
A sophisticated update to a classic candy. Our butter-based caramel sauce is cooked to 320°, combined with baking soda, vanilla and raw roasted peanuts. We cool our brittle in thin sheets that offer a crisp crunch and a no-worry stick.
We've got a selection of preserves made from seasonal stone fruits (such as peaches, apricots and cherries) and an assortment of berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and more) to spread on our scones and other fine pastries.
